The beginning of a new season is an exciting time for your player, but before they can take the field, with your help, they will need to complete their Player Registration. Premier Soccer League prides itself on having a quick, secure, and friendly process to welcome all new and returning families to our League.
The Registration Process
Before your player plays their first game of the season, they will need to go to the Registration Table to complete their registration. A League Administrator will make sure that every player has each of the following:
A completed Player Registration Form- This is an electronic form. The link to this form should have been shared with you by your Coach. QR codes will be available at the Registration Table in case you need to complete the form again
Valid Proof of Age- This can be a Birth Certificate, Passport, or State ID. The physical version of these documents are preferred (see FAQ for more information)
Payment- This can be made in Cash, Venmo, or Zelle (224-214-7153). Please consult with your Coach to confirm the amount due upon Registration
Your player will then be asked to take a quick picture for use in their Player ID and receive a wristband to mark that they have completed the Registration Process for their first week.
Your player’s Player ID will be ready one week from the day you registered and will be handed to your Coach. This means you can take your Player straight to the field on their second Week!
Three Tips for a Smooth Registration
COME EARLY!
We recommend all Players arrive 45 minutes before their scheduled kickoff in order to complete their Registration and have time to warm up with their team. Please remember that all Players in our League need to complete Registration and so there will likely be a line during the first few weeks of the season
COME PREPARED!
Make sure your player registration form has been completed and have your Proof of Age ready when it is your turn. For payments sent ahead of time, we recommend having a screenshot of the transaction for us to confirm. As you approach the front of the line, we also ask that you make sure your Player is with you so that they are ready to get their picture and wristband.
BE PATIENT!
League Administrators are here to help get you through the process as smoothly and quickly as possible. At the same time, we also want to make sure every step of the process is done completely and correctly the first time so that you do not have to return. Please be mindful as we work best to serve you.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: I already paid the complete Registration Fee online through Zelle/Venmo. Do I need to pay again?
You will not need to pay again, but we may ask to see a screenshot of the transaction. We do our best to keep our internal system up to date with received payments, but some payments are received without marking which player it is for. For a quick Registration Process, we recommend coming prepared with the screenshot
Q: I only have a picture of my Player's Passport/Birth Certificate/State ID. Can I use that instead?
The League prefers a physical copy of your Player's Proof of Age, but pictures of them are okay as long as they clear and easy to read. You may be asked to bring in a physical copy of your Proof of Age later in the season if needed.
Q: I don't have a Passport, Birth Certificate, or State ID for my Player. What else can I bring in?
The League will accept alternative forms of Proof of Age in emergency cases or if a player is too young to have time to acquire either a Passport or State ID. Alternative forms may include School records (School ID, Registrations, Report Cards etc.), Medical records, Library Cards or Insurance Cards. The Player’s Date of Birth must be present and it must come from a reputable source for the League to accept it as Proof of Age
Q: I am running late! Can I send my player to the field and register them off the game?
No, your player must complete their registration before they can take the field. This is to make sure all players are playing within the correct age group and with a liability waiver (found in the Player Registration Form) on file. A League Administrator will do their best to prioritize getting the necessary elements of the Registration (Form, Proof of Age, Picture, Wristband) where your player must be physically present complete in order to get the player on the field as soon as possible once it’s your turn.
