1. All players must check in at the Admin area and receive a wristband indicating they have completed our registration form and have provided proof of age. 2025 Players may register at the following form: https://forms.gle/iH4Gw8KPCXRzyJ6n7

2. If not taken care of already, team fees must be paid before a team’s first game. The game will not proceed unless all team fees have been paid.

3. Teams should assemble at least 10 minutes before game time by its field for check in and safety inspection by our field marshals.

4. In case of a uniform color conflict, the home team must change.

5. Points awarded: 3 for a win, 1 for a tie, 0 for a loss.

6. Tie breakers are:

   1. Head-to-Head

   2. Least goals conceded 

   3. Goal differential - max 4 goals per game

   4. Penalty kick shootout – round of 3, followed by sudden death. Player shooting order must be provided before the shootout. Only players that participated in the event with the team are allowed to shoot.

7. Cleats and turf shoes are allowed. No metal or football shoes permitted.

8. Shin guards are mandatory.

9. Games are 28 minutes in length, running clock. The clock will only be stopped in the event of serious injury, at the referee’s and Field Marshal’s discretion.

10. Teams must leave the bench area clean for the following team.

11. Teams must shake hands after the game as a show of good sportsmanship.

12. Ball size 5 for all 2012/11 and 2013 games. Balls will be provided.

13. Ball size 4 for all 2014, 2015, 2016 games. Balls will be provided.

14. Heading allowed in the 2012, 2013 and 2014 age groups. Heading not allowed in the 2015 and 2016 age groups.

15. No slide tackles that are part of a dangerous play are allowed.

16. The card system for this event is:

    1. Blue Card – 2 minutes, reentry if goal is scored

    2. Yellow Card – 4 Minutes, reentry if goal is scored

    3. Red Card – 6 Minutes, no reentry within those 6 minutes

17. On the Blue and Green fields, all side and top netting is IN. Netting above the goals between the corners is OUT, resulting in a corner kick or goal kick.

18. On the Red and Beige fields, all lines are treated as an outdoor field, including throw ins and corner kicks.

19. The is NO offsides.

20. Coaches are responsible for their fans. Unruly or fans that violate our code of conduct will not be tolerated. Games will be stopped or suspended, if needed, to address fan behavior.
